Ensure you have the required quality, quantity, completion
time and resources available for tasks you are assigned.
Store all goods/spares on shelves in accordance to the company policy
and procedures.
Physically receive of goods/trucks/containers, in accordance to the
company policy and procedures.
Raise GRN on the system with minimum time frame.
All GRN should be raised as soon as the physical receipt done maximum by
the next working day, any delay for over 48 hrs. Must be reported
immediately.
Conduct the Daily stock and direct purchases issues from the warehouse
Conduct the daily general housekeeping
Fuel facilities operators;
Conduct receiving and issuing of fuel to and from SGM facilities in
accordance to company policies and procedures.
Report any wasteful practices.
Qualifications
Conduct
all the assigned tasks on specified targeted time.
Facing any constrains must be reported immediately.
Facilitate the end user requests.
Carry out the daily store activities (receiving, dispatching, issuing,
and stock taking) on different areas of the warehouse (Food storage,
Cyanide storage, Main Warehouse, Fuel Farm,...)
Stock items in accordance to FIFO and along with the supply
procedures.
