Perform a critical role in furthering the mission of LEAD
and/or MEPI TL programs mission and objectives, the largest federal
funding grants at AUC. The SL Coordinator role is to develop and
monitor students academic and leadership skills, provide training and
mentoring in civic engagement through planning targeted field trips,
experiential learning and networking opportunities with NGOs and
report/document students progress. This position works with the
Director of LEAD and the Monitoring and Evaluation Manager to ensure
USAID program and learning outcomes are achieved.
Qualifications
Bachelor
degree in Humanities or Social Sciences
- Expertise in youth leadership development and scholarship management
with 5 + years of experience in multinational organizations and NGOs
and/or USAID funded programs eg. AMIDEAST, IIE,etc.
