Analyze market needs in terms of Training & Development,
develop training syllabus, prepare PP presentations, coordinate training
activities, participate in and evaluate training activities, Mentor
participants in certain workshops to maximize learning, prepare certain
E.learning courses , responsible for internal team members training,
develop internal manpower policies and procedures and carry out
necessary training to ensure full compliance, train internal team on
customer service techniques and carry out audits to ensure compliance
Qualifications
- Excellent PC skills
- Previous experience in training position.
