Manage the efficiency of service operations including steam,
water & power. Ensure safe handling & storage of all site fuels
Collates & reports back information on Refinery consumption of
Utilities
Liaise with colleagues in Engineering & Production departments,
reviewing shift operations to ensure problems are identified & dealt
with
Plan & coordinate maintenance and inspection schedules for
identified plant and equipment
To ensure regular maintenance is carried to the required safety,
engineering, environmental and product quality assurance standards and
on schedule
To identify and organize plant replacement when required, utilizing
knowledge of the latest technology
Qualifications
•Bachelor’s
Degree in industrial or Mechanical Engineering
•3 – 5 years Engineering experience in a Manufacturing / Refinery
environment – at least one year in Utilities operations
•Experience in; Annual shut downs, pump & compressors overhaul,
retubing in boiler & desalination, restoration of power following
failure, HACCP, ISO, Hygiene, fire system & safety, carrying out
training
•Training in Boilers, Desalination, Power stations technologies,
treatment plants, Water specification and compresses and pumps DCS
system
•Fully Operational in Centrifugal pumps & Steam Turbine: Operation
& Maintenance
•Fully Operation in Advanced Data Analysis Techniques
•Working knowledge in Root Cause Failure Analysis
•Excellent English languish
•Excellent usage of Microsoft Office
•Advanced Report writing skills
•Excellent Communicating, presentation & Problem Solving skills
