Description
—Install ADSL Service at customers site in order to activate
the service
—Support ADSL Service at customers site in order to solve all his
technical problems
—Explain basic troubleshooting to the customers and give him support
contact numbers, in order to help and guide him for the suitable
technical solutions according to his needs
—Send confirmation mail from the customers site, in order to confirm
that the service was activated and to save it as documentation backup
—Work at installation warehouse, in order to test modems
—Travel outside Greater Cairo in order to install and support ADSL at
Governorates projects
Qualifications
•University Graduated (computer related faculty is preferred)
•Familiar with O/S and ability to learn about CPE configurations
•Good computer skills
•Good knowledge of Network (prefer if have CCNA or at least network fundamental).
•Good communication skills
•Customer Oriented
•Experience from 0-1 year.
