Description
Establishing, Implementing and Sustaining Quality Management
Systems (QMS), Environmental Health & Safety Systems (EHS) and
Occupational Health & Safety Systems (OHS).
Overall control on Centre for Documentation (CDC) for its effectiveness
and meeting CDC requirements
Planning, implementing, monitoring and sustaining all factory safety
compliance as required.
Training needs identification, training plans & conduct trainings
related to ESD systems, QMS systems, EMS & OHS systems as required
by regulatory authority
Preparing documented plans (including emergency preparedness plans),
formats and SOPs required from time to time to meet External
certification requirements
Preparing of periodic budget needs for QMS. EMS & OHS systems
maintenance
Maintaining and controlling all quality records required to meet QMS,
EHS & OHS system
Internal audits (ESD / QMS / EHS) planning schedules, communication,
conduct of audits, preparation, analysis & closure of audit gaps
wherever occurred
Making the factory site ready for successful external audits for
certification purposes, whenever scheduled
Interacting, Liaising and communicating with all external agencies /
regulatory authorities related to EHS & OHS requirements
Acting as Deputy Management Representative (DMR / DESMR) and assist MR
in conducting Management Meetings effectively
Maintaining, updating and Reviewing all the regulatory laws and
requirements which have impact on factory safety & certification
Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree in electronics and communication or electrical engineering
•Fresh graduate
