Description
-provide day to day Technical Support to company users, clients and customers as needed
To ensure that desktop items are available, up and running
-Ensures that the technical support KPI�s are meeting or exceeding the SLA required
-Executes the desktop preventive and maintenance plans
-Installs and configures computer operating systems
-monitors and maintains computer systems and networks
-Troubleshoots system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
-Provides support, including procedural, documentation
-Supports business needed applications
-Responds within agreed time limits to support requests
-Prioritizes and managing several open cases at one time
-Conducts electrical safety checks on computer equipment
-Performs other related duties
