Guide his sectors employees about rules, policies and
procedures related to HR activities (Recruitment Performance
Management System Training - .).
Participate in determining the actual manpower needs according to the
sector objectives and the volume of business.
Follow up the hiring procedures and implement the placement procedures
according to the related policy and procedures.
Participate in determining KPIS for the sector employees with the
sector head and managers.
Participate in determining TNA for the sector employees with the
sector head and managers
Follow up the implementation of promotion, transfer and dismissal
decisions according to HR Policies and procedures.
Conduct Employee satisfaction surveys and analyze the results to
recommend the appropriate procedures to retain the employees.
Qualifications
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent related experience.
• 1 – 3years of experience in HR Field.
