PCP serves as the gatekeeper who controls a patients access to care. He sends patients to see a specialist or to another healthcare facility for treatment or additional healthcare services. He/ she authorizes all referrals to other providers .PCPs duties are not limited on medical check up and referrals to specialists. Other duties and responsibilities to provide a cost effective service without affecting the quality. Provide medical statistics for each account portrait the number of chronicle diseases. Diploma or master in internal medicine is required. This is a full time job, salaried position with benefits. Compensation and other incentive will be based on qualification and experience.
