Description
|
The Office Assistant will be responsible for secretarial work related
to the Intensive and Special Courses, such as: answering inquires, data
entry, following up of students payments and filing of all related
paperwork.
Principal Accountabilities:
Handling secretarial work and filing related to intensive and special
courses (memos, invoices, public relations, announcements, communication
with companies & participants as well all the secretarial work).
Entering registration data on the university system for the intensive,
special courses
Preparing the certificates for the intensive and special courses
Tabulating the course evaluation results and producing appropriate
statistics
Following up Payment with the clients
Ensuring that visual aids and equipment are functional in the
classrooms in which intensive and special courses are offered
Answering questions related to engineering and science services
programs and courses
(telephone calls / faxes / e-mails and face to face)
Additional relevant tasks as requested by supervisor

Qualifications |
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Fresh Graduate 1 year of relevant experience is an asset.
