Description o Responsible for the monthly payroll procedures and its software system, to be done in proper way. o Coordinate with Operations and Finance concerning the payroll issues. o Reviewing the actual rostering in comparison with the contractual figures within all sites. o Reporting monthly to HR manager by payroll preparation plan and payroll reports. o Follow up, prepare and collect all grievances received from both departments or personally from the guards o Set an interview with the guard to get all details about his query. o Keep a log book for all queries received to be registered in daily basis, including a brief description, action been done (within a limit time of maximum one week) and the concerned site or department. o Classified the queries to be send to its concern (Payroll, personnel, Ops ..etc) for quick action. o Following up the queries till it is over with the concerned to close the issue on the log book. o Reporting a feedback daily to HR manager in a brief list for the same. o Hando
ver all the documents to the filing system section clerk to complete the procedures.
Qualifications Excellent Ms. office usage, advanced excel usage. Able to work in a pressure and meet deadlines. Good command of English.

Other Skills Strong communication skills, able to learn, advanced Excel usage.
