Description Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment. Process approved requisitions, prepare purchase orders and send copies to vendors and to originating departments Check inventory stocks to validate that restocking is in orders Determine inventory quantities are sufficient for needs and order more if warranted. Review requisition orders to ensure accuracy and correct line item specifications. Prepare, maintain, and review purchasing files, reports and price lists. Monitor status of requisitions, contracts, and orders. Post order costs in appropriate accounting systems.
Qualifications Education Bachelor Degree Work Experience & Training Fresh Graduate up to 3 years of purchasing experience. Computer Knowledge - Microsoft Office Applications: Very Good Excel Very Good Word - SAP is an asset Technical Skills Up to date with the methods and procedures of SCM. Personal skills Strong Analytical skills Ability and experience with working multi-functionally Excellent teamwork skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadline while maintaining the professional standards. Language Skills Very Good Arabic/English are mandatory.
