Description	-Functional testing of brake disc samples for various models using approved equipment and procedure. - Generate test reports and evaluate product samples according to guidelines received from the designer. - Ensure availability of suitable testing accessories and equipment in needed time. - Coordinate test schedules with Production and Quality, and stay in connection to the mother companys development team. - Manage a small high-performance team of technicians to operate the testing facility. - The testing process will be working continuously overnight in shifts, so the candidate must be ready to stay for long working hours and sometimes overnight according to work load requirements.
Qualifications	B.Sc. Engineering from reputable university. Preferred majors: Metallurgy, Mechanical or similar. Experience, work or training, with a functional testing facility, preferably for Cast Iron products or Automotive Components.
