Description	1)Review and Innovate (Policies, Procedures & Regulations) for The Company & Subsidiaries. 2)Prepare Audit Risk assessment process for each Audit assignment 3)Design Audit programs for differences areas (Production, Marketing, Inventories , finance.etc) 4)Plan & Coordinate audit assignments 5)Direct audit assignments to ensure the professional auditing standards are maintained by the audit team in their planning and execution in the assembling of evidential data 6)Supervise audit Staff during assignments fieldwork phase. 7)Review and edit audit reports with the Auditor-In-Charge for the assigned project, discussing the reports with appropriate management; 8)Prepare final report and executive summary of each audit 9)Report significant findings to The Internal Audit Division Director 10)Guide Coach and develop assigned assistance auditors and Audit Trainees to achieve optimum performance. 11)Follow-up on agreed corrective action to ensure implementation. 12)Co-ordinate with external auditor for completed audit of financial statement in the planning stage and final audit stage.
Qualifications	Auditing Back Ground Preferable internal Industry Sector 7 to 9 years
