Description	1. Supports the 2&3 Wheelers Director in the preparation of realistic forecasts and performance targets (sales, quality of service, profitability, etc.) for 2&3 Wheelers after sales organization 2.Manages the spare parts sales activity, maximizes sales and profitability, and ensures attainment of qualitative and quantitative sales objectives (sales and other objectives) 3. Ensures timely and accurate product ordering to obtain max stock turnover and best product availability (for service centers and for customers) 4. Manages the entire cycle of after-sales service provision, and ensures adherence to OEM and GB Auto guidelines 5. Responsible for the overall customer satisfaction with after-sales services 6. Responsible for the timeliness and efficiency of vehicle installation and PDI activities 7. Manages the warranty program 8. Supervises the collection of due receivables associated with 2&3 Wheelers after-sales services (e.g. from corporate customers) 9. Develops and manages the network of authorized after sales agents (spare parts and service) 10. Controls costs of the after-sales team, and ensures compliance with the established budget
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Sales or Marketing. 3-5 years experience in the sales environment. Demonstrated success in the negotiation and closing of complex and/or long-cycle larger. Understanding of how to manage customer accounts and support team selling. Ability to understand technical language and to recognize and differentiate technical issues, and translate needs for a customer. Excellent written, and verbal, presentation skills Strong analytical skills and ability to make business case comparisons for internal and external presentation. Demonstrated customer relations experience. . Ability to perform under high pressure and dynamic work environment managing multiple deliverables Advanced knowledge of Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
