| Description | Job Description: Manages and oversees the delivery of specific facilities and office services in Belgium, Netherlands and Luxembourg (BeNeLux). Interfaces with senior business management and employee councils at the area (BeNeLux) as applicable to anticipate and solve or prevent potential strategic or tactical issues, making recommendations and implementing complex solutions within constraints. Measures service providers performance across the area (BeNeLux) by comparing performance metrics and holding service providers accountable. Recommends the go-forward strategy to monitor and address performance gaps. Works on complex problems/projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors. Develop, negotiate or manage processes, contracts, services, that have major impact on work environment, regulatory compliance, and with significant cost to company. Leverages superior subject matter expertise to develop innovative solutions to specific complex facility-related and workplace issues. Responsible for budgets within Global Real Estate BeNeLux and identifying opportunities for and delivering quality improvement, efficiency, and/or cost savings. Consults with and acts as a liaison to senior governmental representatives. Develops, Implements and drives Global Real Estate strategies, policies and procedures. Represents the organization to external customers or clients. |
| Qualifications | Bachelors degree in Facility Management / Engineering / Architecture or equivalent experience; advanced university degree preferred. Typically 10+ years of experience in a facilities-related function and demonstrated capabilities in areas of expertise or equivalent experience. Technical depth and breath of industry, supplier, technology, accounting, procurement and contracting processes; Broad knowledge of the design needs and characteristics of site buildings, building systems and/or interior spaces; Program design experience, project and program management; Exposure to real estate industry (includes leasing, financing, space planning, site selection, design, real estate project management) Effective in managing service providers, evaluation and review experience Financial planning and budget control; Strong understanding of program costs and financial impacts. |
