Description	Ensures proper maintenance and repair of customers’ vehicles in accordance with planned programs. - Ensures proper maintenance of facility and equipment for reliable working condition in accordance with planned programs. - Identify and rectify repetitive problems and report them as per companys procedure. - Pays periodic and regular visits to customers regardless of complains. - Monitors and develop maintenance staff . - Ensures prompt repair for breakdowns, while the repair work does not disrupt the Operations. • - Ensures planning, scheduling, as well as unscheduled repairs are carried out efficiently and cost effectively. - Reviews and recommends updates to maintenance services policies and procedures . - Briefs daily activities to Department Head and seek advice as required. - Monitors the manpower levels and requirements within the workshop •
Qualifications	- Provides complete and accurate reports to management, as needed.• - Four-Year Mechanical Engineering, Technical degree or equivalent experience. - 2-5 years of general supervisory experience in vehicles maintenance• - Must be able to interpret engineering drawings, layouts, and specifications. - Report Writing skills
