1- Received and review purchasing orders claims and contracts for conformance to company policy. 2- Will handle all purchasing activities 3- They will be tasked with researching all suppliers to ensure the best equipment is procured for the lowest price. 4- Negotiate suppliers to choose the best offers and evaluate supplier performance and maintain a positive relationship 5- They will need to assist with keeping track of budget expenditures. 6- Issuing supplies orders to the company from the suppliers. 7- Received and review invoices. 8- Recording the supplies and invoices in the records document, and machines related to external purchasing.
1-Minimum 2-3 years experience in purchasing 2- Ability to work under pressure 3- Excellent time/task management & organizational skills. 4- Excellent interpersonal, communication, sourcing & Negotiation skills.
