Hotels Maintenance Manager Employer Sindbad Group Job Title Hotels Maintenance Manager Languages English Arabic Country Egypt Job Category Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineer Job Type Full Time Description Establishes a repair and maintenance system to fix broken equipments promptly, and regularly.Conducts annual guestroom servicing, based on feedback from Housekeeping.Develops an annual maintenance program for Large Equipment, e.g. Cooling Towers, Chillers, Laundry Machinery, Boilers, Generators etc‡ Oversees the Engineering storeroom.  Prepares the annual budget for replacement of furniture, fixtures and equipments in conjunction with the Financial Controller and the concerned Department Heads. Suggests renovations, where and when needed to Management and oversees all outside contractors, such as Elevator, Air-conditioning Companies, etc... Assists the Environmental Committee team to develop systems that save energy and oversees the mechanical rooms, ensuring equipments are in a good condition. Checks all fire safety systems on a regular basis and recommends changes for more efficient mechanical equipments.Makes periodic inspection tours to check work progress, and the condition of buildings and equipment. Qualifications Graduated from the Faculty of Engineering (Electric or Mechanical Department. - Experience: Min. 10 years in the field of 4 or 5 stars hotels. Gender Male Education major Engineering Experience Years.   Other Skills Reviews building code, fire, and health regulations. To behave a firm, ambitious, and Leadership personality.
