Establishes a repair and maintenance system to fix broken
equipments promptly, and regularly.Conducts annual guestroom servicing,
based on feedback from Housekeeping.Develops an annual maintenance
program for Large Equipment, e.g. Cooling Towers, Chillers, Laundry
Machinery, Boilers, Generators etc Oversees the Engineering storeroom.
Prepares the annual budget for replacement of furniture, fixtures and
equipments in conjunction with the Financial Controller and the
concerned Department Heads. Suggests renovations, where and when needed
to Management and oversees all outside contractors, such as Elevator,
Air-conditioning Companies, etc... Assists the Environmental Committee
team to develop systems that save energy and oversees the mechanical
rooms, ensuring equipments are in a good condition. Checks all fire
safety systems on a regular basis and recommends changes for more
efficient mechanical equipments.Makes periodic inspection tours to
check work progress, and the condition of buildings and equipment.

Graduated
from the Faculty of Engineering (Electric or Mechanical Department. -
Experience: Min. 10 years in the field of 4 or 5 stars hotels.
