1- Receive calls from guests and deal with it as high priority.
2- Take notes with all the guests requirements and follow up feedbacks.
3- Recall the guest to be sure that his request has been fulfilled. 4-
Carry out the task of an order taker. 5- Refer back to his manager in
case the guests service has been delayed. 6- Submit the daily report to
the Call Service Supervisor through printing it from the communication
program. 7- Ensure the communication between departments and their
acceleration in carrying out the service. 8- Make report including the
non traditional cases of service.
Qualifications
Bachelor degree in tourism or language, worked in tourism field
