Description
- Collect, review Attendance reports from the managers
- Receive employees resignation and complete its process
- Check the new employees file, and ensure complete filing policies and procedures
- Ensure the completion of social insurance forms
- Handles all related staff Social insurance procedures and issue regular reports as required
- Arranges interviews, coordinates management approvals
- Handling staff absences regards to update absence data base and reporting the HR team.
Qualifications
- Working under pressure multi task
- Very good command of English
- High communication skills
- Very Good in Excel
