1- Supervises the implementation, preparation, maintenance of
network and equipment systems related to communications, computers,
cameras, sound and visual transmissions and warning network 2-
Determines and analyses the problems and find the appropriate solutions
for them on time. 3- Provides the necessary techniques for monitoring
the network and make reports and submit required recommendations to the
manager. 4- Provides support to all network end users and determine the
technical problems and answers all telephone calls and e-mails 5-
Follows up the quality reports to revise problems related to networks
and telephone equipments and television 6- Copes with scientific
advancement 7- Provides the necessary documentation related to the
networks, keeping them and upgrading them 8- Participates with the
manager in putting the protective maintenance plan and follows up its
implementation in a way that meets the deadlines.
