Communicates with other departments information regarding
recruitment, transfers, employment, personnel records and legislation.
Assists in scheduling various meetings and employee programs and
events.
Assists in hiring process by coordinating job posting, reviewing
resumes, performing interviews and reference checks to fill vacant
positions.
Conducts employee orientation programs.
Keeps records of personnel up-to-date by processing employee status
changes.
Responds to enquiries regarding policies, procedures and programs.
Conduct needs analysis studies and confers with managers and
supervisors to determine training needs.
Executes the training plan developed by Head-Office supplying all the
necessary infrastructure for its implementation in plants premises
Communicates with all training participants in order to inform of the
training schedule and the necessary document to present.
Searches the market for and participates in negotiations with external
training providers, in order to identify the most suitable.
Keeps record of all company trainings records and updates the training
data file of each employee.
Compiles data and analyzes past and current year training requirement
to prepare budgets and justify funds requested.
Qualifications
BSc in any discipline preferably in Business Administration, while studies in Human Resources will be considered an asset
2-3 years of job-related experience preferably in an HR department of a well-established large organisation
