1. Overseeing the project delivery and management of all
technical matters, together with responsibility for the long-term as
well as the day-to-day.
2. Leading and managing the Technical Projects Engineer - effectively
communicate organizational support needs (Engineering assistance, QC
assistance, etc.) for maintaining compliance with construction schedule
and execution requirements.
3. Preparation and submission of regular progress reports to the
Projects together with details of recommended measures to overcome
anticipated problems and maintain project progress within program and
budget.
4. Ensure that adequate and appropriate QA and QC systems and procedures
are established and implement.
5. Knowledgeable in the application of project management principles,
concepts and techniques including procedure generation approval and
implementation.
6. Knowledgeable of construction principles and problem solving
techniques
7. Managing, reviewing & approving the contractor work shop drawing
& material samples

drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical &
sanitary works quality, reviewing
9. Managing & reviewing quantity surveying for the entire finishing
works in the projects
10. Managing & reviewing the ongoing clients & subcontractors
invoices according to work executed on site.
11. Assist in the coordination to technical and operations support of
the company projects.
12. Reviewing , planning &coordinate for projects schedule and
controlling
13. Knowledgeable of long range project planning.
14. Technical supervision of all design and shop drawing activities in
support of company projects, and provision of associated technical
calculations
15. Overseeing Project Office staff with the necessary weekly job list
undertaken by sites project Managers.
