Description
1. Interprets, evaluates, and resolves, telephone inquiries
pertaining to the functional operation of all installed application
hardware and software products supported by IT.
2. Analyzes simple to moderately complex inquiries, resolves problems
when possible and/or determines appropriate technical area or vendor to
resolve problems.
3. Consults with IT professionals when the appropriate course of action
is unclear.
4. Alerts user community when a major problem is suspected.
5. Follows up on specific inquiries or requests to ensure user/customer
satisfaction.
6. Reports procedures and makes suggestions for improvements.
7. Applies knowledge of overall systems & landscape as appropriate.
8. Tracks, troubleshoots and resolves systems related issues.
9. Provides technical support and guidance to client through consulting,
teaching and publication of documentation.
10. Analyze equipment problems and take corrective action.
11. May participate in the evaluation of new software packages and
equipment.
Qualifications
. Graduated from Computer Science, Computer Engineering.
. minimum 2 years of experience.
