Description	• Responsible for technical innovation in operational processes. • Development of overall operational strategy for units, technical process, productivity and operational Performance. • To ensure maximum availability and uptime of plant equipments. • Work to monitor and improve processes yield continuously. • Identify and setting of mill parameters, process optimization, mill machinery & automation and mill adjustments. • Analyze and solve lines process troubleshooting. • Identify improvements in equipment processes or inspection technologies necessary to assure satisfactory process capability and achieve cost improvements.
Qualifications	• Candidates must have a Mechanical Degree. • High level understanding of cold rolling standards is a must. • Knowledge of other Flat Steel processes will be an advantage. • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus.
