Description	1- To take an active / proactive part in implementation of the field operations and site construction works to achieve optimum performance with the highest quality standards in addition to controlling costs. 2- To have efficient and document routines, procedures with all concerned inter working units (e.g warehouse, QC department, subcontractors,etc) 3- Responsible for the delivery of sites. According to the required standars 4- Plans the activities and work schedules of the field personnel. 5- To give regular reporting of works and progress 6- To coordinate and negotiate sub-contractor activities.
Qualifications	Telecom Site Construction Background (Preferably Vodafone project) University Degree – Engineering (Telecom or Civil)
Gender	Male
Experience	3 - 5 Years.
Other Skills	• Excellent communication skills • Ability to work under stress • Work requires travel to sites • Good command of Microsoft office applications • Good management Skills
Compensations	Full Package
Salary (L.E.)	2600 - 4500
