Description | •Grow the company’s business in the key account channel - Hyper and Super markets •Establish critical relationships with key personnel at the Hyper and super market accounts •Drive visibility and merchandising agenda with the support of the merchandising team •Increase the penetration ( No of doors ) of the Company’s brands within the channel •Develop the key account as a strategic channel for all the Company’s brands . Manage, develop and grow specific Key Accounts by developing business programs supported. • Develop and keep updated an account plan to Company standard for all accounts. • Ensure all key decision makers within the account are wired and the appropriate contacts are made on the agree frequency. • Work with Company function to develop account specific standards for merchandising, range, promotions and pricing. • Maintain a physical presence in the field to reinforce the account strategy, in-store execution & adherence to agreements. • Establish & negotiates Agreements within company’s policies & budget. • Issue a promotion calendar on a trimester basis as per company budget guidelines. |
Qualifications | Key accounts volume performance. - Completed account plans for top key accounts. - Achieve the 4 Ps per outlets of each customer. - In line with collections and credit policy. |

Other Skills | - Sales experience in K.A. business with FMCG multi or/and international company (Min. 6 Years). - Strong negotiation skills. - Marketing & financial knowledge. - Ability to develop win-win solutions -University graduate. -Age 28 + |
