Description | • Assist the Associate Director, PCP in the budget planning and preparation for the university. • Coordinate obtaining all necessary data/lists for budgeting from the different departments/functions. • Assist in proposing different scenarios for salaries and benefits increases/changes. • Assist the Associate Director, PCP in presenting the comprehensive budget plan to senior management. • Work Closely with Associate Director, PCP to obtain input with regards to any needed reports/transactions. • Work closely with departments to ensure effective workflow/processes ( i.e. compensation department in the process of ad-hoc creating of staff position ensuring funds are available to cover the cost entailed) • Controlling and keeping track of budget availability. • Assist in Issuing regular Budget performance Reports. • Assist the Associate Director, PCP in the budget preparation for the HR Office, keeping track of budget availability. |
Qualifications | Education: - BA/BS in accounting or related field Experience: 3-5 years of financial experience Skills: - Fluent English - Excellent computer skills - Eye for detail - High analytical skills - Numerical abilities |
