•Perform office reception duties (answering telephone, call redirection and call backs) •Responsible for maintenance of reception area •Greet visitors and arrange their access to office personnel •Maintain a directory with lists of key contact person •Sort and distribute incoming correspondence (faxes, emails, letters)
1-2 years of experience in receptionist or customer services field
