 Data entry and bookkeeping;  Manage relations with vendors;  Manage electronic communications;  Maintain office records and archives;  Support general operations of the office;  Assist with fundraising and report writing;  Prepare for and take minutes at meetings;  Manage office cash account and payments;  Assist with travel arrangements and follow-up;  Written correspondence in Arabic and English;  Communicate with network of member organizations,  Assist with research, electronic searches and translations,  Organize national and international events such as conferences, workshops, etc.,  Provide logistical and administrative assistance; retrieve and respond to requests for information; prepare, format and distribute documents such as news releases, reports, publications and web content.
Should have at least two years of experience in a similar position. Must have experience in human rights organizations or civil societies. Must have an aptitude for detail and have excellent computer skills. Native Arabic and excellent working knowledge of English required. The ideal candidate must be self motivated, extremely well-organized, collegial, able to function under pressure and handle numerous tasks simultaneously. The successful candidate must be willing to take initiative, prioritize with minimal supervision and work independently, as well as function as a member of a team.

Salary will be commensurate with experience
