Description	• Manage and coordinate NGO relations and partnerships with US universities, ministries and local educational government offices, and business partners and other donors. • Develop strong relations with different internal departments and organizations including SL units, development office, etc. • Liaise with AUC academic departments. • Develop an internal and external communication plan to enhance scholarships’ image. • Manage the outreach, selection and recruitment of new cohorts. • Assist in managing the coordinators in working towards achieving the goals and objectives of the program. • Assist the director in monitoring expenditures and budgets of LEAD grants. • Manage the preparation process of accurate and timely technical and quarterly financial reports of LEAD grants. • Develop and oversee program information management systems. • Develop and maintain new policies and procedures, follow through systems to ensure accurate implementation and understanding, alignment with donor regulations as well as accurate/proper documentation of procedures.
Qualifications	• Masters degree preferably in education or development • Seven to ten years of professional experience • Experience in administration of funded projects preferably with educational scholarships projects. • Experience in working at or with Egyptian or regional NGOs • Strong analytical skills • Good knowledge and understanding of education issues • Good knowledge of working with donor sponsored projects with a • clear focus on results • Excellent command of English & Arabic languages (spoken & • written) • High level of computer literacy • Ability & willingness to work both as team leader and team • member
