Description	 Manage all aspects of client relationships including proposal writing, course implementation activities and following up on customer satisfaction.  Prepare training proposals in response to client requirements.  Recommend trainers to carry out public or tailored programs.  Participate in developing materials, buying training tools & updating of training materials.  Participate in the customization process of training programs according to client needs.  Monitor evaluation of programs and trainers for continuous improvement & necessary actions.  Expand current business & develop new business opportunities with existing and new clients under supervision of the Centre’s head.
Qualifications	Education: B.sc. in Management, Marketing or related fields Previous Experience: 1-3 years Language Skills: Excellent English language speaking and writing Computer Skills: Excellent computer usage
