Country Egypt Job Category Management, Marketing Job Type Full Time Description 1.Preparing and managing marketing communication department budget in the light of overall Xceed budget 2.Developing annual Marketing Communication plans in accordance with strategic direction 3.Developing and executing marketing communication programs to achieve stated objectives 4.Developing & identifying marketing communication and PR resources to generate leads, such as participating in potential events, road shows etc... 5.Developing corporate PR plans and identifying new channels to build brand awareness for the company 6.Ensuring maximum media coverage for the company, in the potential markets (locally and internationally) 7.Establishing and maintaining consistent corporate image throughout promotional materials & company representation at exhibitions and events. 8.Overseeing and continuously enhancing the companys print & electronic marketing collaterals 9.Developing and overseeing internal communication plans and branding activities 10.Managing CSR programs and diffusing CSR strategy within company 11.Providing Marketing & PR support for all recruitment activities 12.Ensuring the production of the Marketing Communication reports: post-event reports, visits, coverage, MC programs, Xceed info 13.Setting objectives for and managing MC Team 14.Motivating and developing MC Team Members Qualifications •Bachelors degree, preferably in Mass Communications or Marketing •1-2 years in a similar position •5+ years experience preferably within a multinational company, in a position that required project management skills, preferably marketing related.
