Description | Responsible for the planning & execution of all Deraya’s internal & external communications initiatives, as well as managing all the relevant events. -Manage the events calendar creation and updates. -Assist in the marketing campaigns planning, execution and coordination. -Manage the execution of the internal communications initiative. -Manage the contacts database and entering any new contacts on the CRM on regular basis. -Manage the upload of the Website, intranet and newsletter content updates and coordinate the new content data collection. -Gather market data and conduct market research on occasional basis. -Prepare agendas & minutes of meetings in addition to staff memos. -Schedule meetings and appointments. -Assist in arranging & coordinating events, conferences & meetings. -Provides secretarial & clerical assistance which includes but not limited to preparation of word documents, excel sheets, power point presentation Internet research & translation of documents. |
Qualifications | -Bachelor Degree. -Proficiency in spoken Arabic and Excellent English. -Advanced computer skills, with professional use of Microsoft Office. -Hard worker, goal and results oriented attitude. -Strong communication skills and ability to multi-task. |
