Description | Assist the compensation director in the development of strategies, implementation and processes of compensation. 1. Analyzes survey data to determine competitive remuneration plans and recommends changes in salary structure as required. Participate in data collection and job matching exercise in annual salary surveys. 2. Facilitate job evaluation committee meetings and evaluate jobs in order to determine pay level and salaries. 3. Implement, administer and evaluate remuneration plans to ensure equitable and competitive pay practices. 4. Assess need for and develop job analysis instruments and materials. 5. Provide advice on the resolution of classifications and salary complaints to administrative directors and employees. 6. Generate and develop reports, to summarize job analysis, evaluation and compensation analysis information. 7. Advise administrative directors and employees on compensation policies, procedures and classification programs. |
Qualifications | Education: • Bachelors degree in Business administration or relevant. Experience: • At least 5 years of relevant experience Skills: • Fluent in English language • SAP knowledge is a plus • Strong knowledge of business and management • Critical thinking skill, judgment and decision making |
