Description	We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to direct our Operations in African Countries. The selected candidate should be welling to be based in African countries if required. (Duties are illustrative and not inclusive and may vary with individual assignment) - Develop and implement short and long range sales and marketing plans on a global basis. - Identify and manage new product projects world wide to serve new and existing markets. - Identify new markets and applications to assure volume growth. - Review reports of sales data, related expenses, advertising and promotional expenses and analyze variances and initiate corrective action as required. - Develop sales forecasts for the business on a monthly rolling basis through analysis and interpretation of general economics, specific market trends, government legislation, sales data, etc. - Personally visit customers to evaluate performance of sales team, company/customer relationships and promote new products, policies and programs. - Provide input as to new product development, acquisitions, etc.
Qualifications	1. B. Sc. In Electrical Power Engineering from a reputable university is a must. 2. Previous work experience in or with African countries is a must. 3. At least 12 years of Sales experience in the same field (power cables, electrical products, energy) out of which Min. 4 years in a managerial level is a must. 4. Advanced communication and negotiation skills sure will be a must.
