Providing all administrative support for the Chairman. - Reviewing and editing all contacts and entering any new contacts on regular basis. - Provide secretarial assistance which includes preparation of word documents; excel sheets, power point presentations, Internet research. - Answering and screening phone calls and taking messages. - Facilitate travel for office staff via flight and hotels booking. - Negotiating new corporate contracts and rates with hotels and updating existing contracts. - Keep track of deadline of all work to ensure timely completion. - Liaising between visitors and travel agents for tourism arrangements. - Organize and maintain document and electronic filing system. - Translating all required documents from English to Arabic & Vice Versa. - Maintain Chairman’s schedule, business meetings and appointments. - Handle correspondences on own initiative and follow-up to ensure timely response for any information. - Manage and coordinate all office activities. - Process sensitive and confidential information in a professional and tactful manner. - Perform other related duties as required.
Office management skills, secretarial work, follow upon action items, presentation skills, good archiving skills.
