Answer phone calls & direct calls to the appropriate person or take messages. - Greets visitors and determine whether they should be given access to specific individuals. - Screen & distribute incoming correspondences, including fax and e-mail. - Handle all meetings arrangements by booking the meeting room and make sure it is equipped with all needed supplies . - Order office supplies, buffet needs, toiletries, stationery stock, printer’s toners & papers and follow up its consumption. - Handle correspondences with the building security regarding the visitors that should be given access. - Coordinates maintenance and repair of machinery, office equipments and any other devices.
1 year of Experience in the Administration Field . - Excellent command of written & spoken English . - Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills. - Presentable . - Professional in using MC office programs (Word,Excel,Power point ).
