Description	1) Manage and coordinate the company’s annual forecasting and budget process. 2) Provides and interprets financial information and analyzes revenue and expenditure variances relative to the adopted budget. 3) Prepares monthly management reports and quarterly financial reports including recommendations and financial impact assessment regarding business performance. 4) Prepares presentations for senior management and interpret analysis. 5) Monitors and interprets cash flows and predicting future trends, analyzing changes and providing needed advice. 6) Evaluates and formulates recommendations for enhancing the company’s development process and manage the company’s financial plans arranging new sources of finance for the company projects. 7) Formulates strategic and long term business plan. 8) Manage and maximize the capital expenditure improvement plan for consistency with the annual capital budget. 9) Develop appropriate financial management mechanisms to minimize financial risks. 10) Manage the company’s financial accounting and reporting. 11) Liaise with external auditors and group audit to ensure annual monitoring is carried out successfully. 12) Ability to lead, supervise and provide needed assistance to the financial team. 13) Conducts external relationships with appropriate contacts e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations. 14) Manage, coordinate and participate in the company’s business continuity and recovery plan.
Qualifications	Professional experience in accounting, financial forecasting, budgeting principles and practices and auditing, knowledge of the applicable laws and regulations, MS office, ERP financial application knowledge, strong personality with high leadership skills, problem solving & decision making skills, negotiation skills with financial institutions, presentation skills, internet, Good IT knowledge and back ground, Very good English language (oral & written).
