1.Be Present in the office within all working Hours. 2.Supervising the training team members 3.Developing and providing training programs that will lead to better customer service, quality standards 4.Make training plan monthly, quarterly 5.Preparing classes with minimum number of clients according to the course 6.Suggest and Brain storm marketing Tools needed to achieve the Target 7.Handling all clients problems 8.Train instructors and supervisors in techniques and skills for training 9.Evaluating training and development programs 10.Identifying the core competencies and objectives of the organization and strives to inculcate this into employees. 11.Updating the instructors data base 12.Dealing with the instructors before 48 hour from the starting date of the course according to the class permission which sent from the sales team leader. 13.Following up with customer care to make sure that the client is received the welcoming package during the orientation day 14.Following up with the instructors to make sure that they follow the academic process. 15.Following up with the admin on preparing the score sheets for the clients. 16.Following up with admin to present the evaluation sheet for the class after every module. 17.Follow up on the Clients satisfaction. 18.Follow Up on the payment issue, which related with all private courses 19.Handling the instructors payment sheets maximum by 72 hour from the class end date.
Excellent in English with good computer skills •Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively •Talented marketer with high level of entrepreneurship •Have experience from 3-5 years as a training manager in educational training Company
