- Prepare job descriptions of all vacancies in the company. - Headhunting activities. - Screen job applicants resumes to check the suitability for the position. - Coordinate recruitment cycle for Nokia business unit as per Nokia policies. - Conduct screening interviews. - Follow up hiring process of new hires. - Perform the orientation program for newly hired employees. - Coordinate staff medical insurance activities. - Responsible for the issuance of business cards and employees IDs. - Conduct business process awareness of employees. - Follow up the implementation of business process. - Follow up and document the Evaluation of Retail Representatives. - Take the minutes of Leadership meeting which is conducted on a weekly basis, and follow up scheduled actions. - Organize monthly meeting. - Prepare and present soft skills training sessions to staff.
