Description	Coordinate the work between the Contracts team and Arch & Structural dept. for the assigned project. Prepare Tender packages based on the Tender strategy of the Project. Prepares project Itemized Bills of Quantities and Methods of Measurements. Review and coordinate with the team to provide the required Quantities for each item. Check Quantities taken by the team members. Prepare Project Construction Specifications. Prepare Construction Cost Estimates based on the current market rates. Guide the team for Bid Evaluation and prepare Bid Evaluation Report. Prepare Contract Conditions based in the FIDIC and complying with local law. Prepare and finalize the Contract Documents based on the final revisions of Design.
Qualifications	-Bsc. Civil Engineering/ Bsc. Architectural - 8 to 10 years of experience in similar projects
