Description	•Document procedures and controls to prevent internal control risks (inefficiencies, fraud, errors, misstatement, …) •Set internal control policies (scope: all operational processes with potential financial impact) •Independently evaluate internal control effectiveness •If need be provide recommendations to management and follow up implementation of appropriate action plans •Ensure that adequate internal controls requirements are taken into account in system/Organizational projects •Develop internal control awareness in the CBU with communication and animation •Develop cross functionality / manage teams / BPO •Contribute in the Internal Controllers network •Facilitate external audit and Group internal audit engagements •Identify areas of priorities and validate the audit plan with Management Committee •Audit operations/transactions/practices/contracts •Investigate cases of potential fraud •Issue audit reports and follow-up action plans
Qualifications	- 4 year degree in finance or accounting - CPA desired - Internal or external audit experience - Proven 7 to 10 years of experience in a finance, audit and/or /internal control environment - Knowledge of the ICS/SOx framework - Understanding of PAP, IFRS and business / administrative processes - Basic understanding \risk management - Ability to link internal controls with underlying business processes and vice versa - Key Competencies: Can work independently, objectively and with utmost integrity. Excellent communication and presentation skills, network & team worker. Ability to link internal controls with underlying business processes and vice versa Open minded, change and project manager.
