Description	- Responsible and accountable for overall production operations contract delivery in the factory, during the assigned shift, by leading & managing a Team of engineers, operators and contactors. - Lead the development of a specific defined AREA of the factory. - Is responsible for the plant during off desk hours. Key Accountabilities - Delivery the Shift Contract during assigned Shift : •Deliver the product Quantity and Quality according to the plan •Deliver the Safety conformance to Operating Standards •Deliver the Hygiene & Housekeeping conformance to Operating Standards •Deliver the right cost structure by conforming to defined Labour and Waste Standard •Ensure an effective communication during handover, results presentation and any non conformance to standards •Lead the emergency Team in emergency situation - Lead the development of a factory AREA •Definine the Quality standards •Definine the Safety & Hygiene Standards •Definine Operating Standards •Monitor Area performance •Project & Activities integration
Qualifications	- Ideally a degree holder in engineering or a production related field. - 3 years proven track experience in a supervisory role with clear accountabilities is a must. - Previous exposure to a food manufacturing environment will be highly regarded. - Required competencies, •Action Orientated •Developing Direct Reports •Timely decision making •Informing •Priority Setting •Organising •Judgment •Conflict Management
