1. Answer customer’s calls and respond to their inquiries. 2. Participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and provide additional customers 3. Solve customers’ technical problems.
1. Graduated from commerce, business or any other English Studies. 2. Graduated from language school is a must 3. Excellent command of English language with native accent and excellent pronunciations. 4. Excellent computer skills. 5. Presentable. 6. Self-motivated, confident & organized. 7. Excellent communication skills. 8. Able to work on shift basis (flexible hours).

1500 - 2500
Working Conditions: 1. 9 working hours/day including 1 hour break. 2. Rotating 2 days off/week. 3. Attractive compensation & benefits.
