Description	• Responsible for strategic long term planning and development for networks to meet present and future demands • Responsible for network enhancements and expansion based on knowledge of capacity and capacity constraints. • Responsible of various major technical network related projects, making sure these are delivered on time and to budget. • Manages the introduction of new technologies and related process changes in a controlled and phased manner. • Responsible for Designing Network Services that provides scalability, reliability, high-integrity IP services • Participate in the research and review of new technologies, equipment, and services. • Manage vendors relationship, negotiation and networks budget. • Stay on top of the latest telecom technology and the market dynamics. • Lead Planning & Optimization teams for achieving end objectives with in time & cost constraints • Sound knowledge of key networks infrastructure technologies. • Formulation and development of technical backbone, Infrastructure and business solutions, responding to client requirements and business needs.
Qualifications	-CCIE is a plus -Juniper certification is a plus -ITIL certification

Other Skills	• Performs dimensioning, optimization and budgeting of the network. • Responsible for plan and design optimum Core and access networks as per approved process and guidelines • Responsible for HW ordering to fulfill networks needs • Create, develop and improve Network documentations including standard design templates, configuration templates, recommended HW & SW, guidelines and procedures for ongoing projects & service delivery and enhancements
