Description	Lead team members, to foster their professional development and growth, and promote teamwork and cooperation. Consult with internal organizations and external clients to define steps, processes and customized implementation project plans supporting the successful launch of new business and significant change processes. Provide project status updates to clients on a regular basis. Facilitate meetings with clients ensuring all issues are reviewed, documented and assessed to minimize impacts on the project timeline. Assist in defining and monitoring project status related to key project goals (i.e. service level, customer satisfaction metrics, recruitment, training, IT procurement, and facilities management). Manage scope, mitigates risk, and facilitates change management across multiple large scale projects. Manage adherence to project financial targets. Create and maintain existing project notebook and on-line shared folder, including but not limited to the following deliverables: weekly meeting status reports, workforce and training schedules, recruitment schedules, project plans, misc. emails and project inquiries. Conduct scope of work and requirements analysis to determine appropriate solutions to client’s business needs. Develop and design flowcharts and system instructions essential to the development of the scripting, reporting and data transmissions utilized within client specific campaigns.
Qualifications	Skill in providing and enabling project team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Skill in verbal and written communication to analyze, interpret and address customer needs. Knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Knowledge of contact services industry and best practices. Knowledge of PC applications including, but not limited, to Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management and customers. Ability to work with minimal guidance or supervision in a time critical environment. Ability to be flexible and quickly adapt to changing business needs and processes. Ability to give presentations to customers and prospects. Ability to motivate and mentor team, presenting new opportunities and challenges for additional development. Proven technical writing skills. Ability to travel.
