1.Receiving all phone calls and taking messages 2.Welcoming guests and directs them to appropriate parties 3.Handling secretarial work. 4.Communicate with clients & other parties. 5. Organizing meetings and other relevant events, Arranging appointments to managers. Writing professional letters . 6.Organizing and maintaining files of records and correspondence of a routine nature 7.Receive and Distribute mail and invoices • Update and Maintain contact data base
Good knowledge of computer applications and Internet browsing, Friendly personality, Cooperative and able to work individually or in a team .

1 - 2 Years.
Required: Coordination, Service Orientation, Time Management, and Writing. Preferred: Active Learning, Active Listening, Complex Problem Solving, Critical Thinking,Monitoring, Operation and Control, Speaking
