Description | The Training Coordinator will be responsible for: - Organizing & developing training courses - Participating in designing the training needs of each department of the company - Maintaining records of all courses delivered - Making evaluation and assessment of all courses - Creating training modules - Giving suggestions of developing and upgrading the training platform - Assisting all trainers/trainees when required - May deliver training courses to staff |
